Can you tell us a little about your shop or service and what inspired you to join the team? Oliver Brown is a cafe specialising in great coffee, chocolate and food. I decided to work here because I love cooking and serving quality food. I love chocolate and the chocolate here at Oliver Brown is of high quality.

 

What’s in season or really popular right now with shoppers? Coffee and hot chocolate are very popular here at Oliver Brown and the big breakfasts. The gluten free cake options are also very popular.

 

What’s your favourite thing in-store at the moment? Happy customers enjoying the experience of Oliver Brown.

How long have you been working here and what do you enjoy about this centre? We only opened in December and the past 2 months have been enjoyable getting to know our customers and working with my great team.

 

What are your interests, any hobbies or mad obsessions? Reading books, cooking, going to the gym and playing cricket.

 

What products or services do you offer and what makes them unique? We are now offering acai bowls in different flavours and a large range of breakfast and lunch meals. Our chocolate-based drinks are very popular and unique to the centre.

 

What do you think makes Lake Macquarie Square a great community and place to shop? The Centre has a very local community feel and it has a great offering to customers. There are a variety of services which makes shopping easier.
