Can you tell us a little about your shop or service and what inspired you to join the team? Australia Post, provides postal services within Australia and internationally, with a mandate to deliver letters and parcels, offer financial services, and fulfill community service obligations. I joined the team because of Australia Post's social purpose is to create connections and opportunities, help communities thrive, and be there for Australians in need.
What’s in season or really popular right now with shoppers? Many of our shoppers are inspired by AS SEEN ON TV products which are very popular with high demand. We are getting more stock each week.
What’s your favourite thing in-store at the moment? My favourite thing in the store would be helping customers with day-to-day needs.

How long have you been working here and what do you enjoy about this centre? Mount Hutton Australia post was taken over in December 2024, I have now worked at the centre for three months. I like seeing all the businesses and centre staff that come together on a daily basis that feels like one big family. Everyone is there to help, have laugh and get through the day.
What are your interests, any hobbies or mad obsessions? If there is problem or something needed to be fix or solve, I’m on it. I love succulents, reading and travelling. My mad obsessions is the modified engineering of vehicles.
What products or services do you offer and what makes them unique? Range of products to send parcels at reasonable low cost. Also a range of products that fits everyone’s needs that what makes them unique. Postal or letter service suits everyone needs price suit to them.
What do you think makes Lake Macquarie Square a great community and place to shop? Offering convenient access to essential goods and services, prioritising local sourcing, and providing a platform for community engagement and social interaction.
